Well, our history is pretty short and sweet...

We were formed in the summer of 2003 by twenty guys who got together with two common goals: singing at the highest level possible - and having great fun in the journey to get there.

We have sung in several state-wide competitions, entertained at some corporate events, and are looking forward to filling out this page with more history - as we create it.

Our most recent success came at the Buckeye Invitational, an international barbershop singing competition that features mens and womens choruses from around the world. The men of The Academy were thrilled to place second in the Male Chorus competition and second in the Most Entertaining category!

As we approach five years of existence we have achieved a lot, but have even more history still to make!
